This stay at The Westin Kuala Lumpur offered a comfortable and well-located base in the heart of Bukit Bintang. Known for its spacious rooms and focus on comfort, the hotel provides a calm retreat within one of Kuala Lumpur’s busiest districts. As Platinum Bonvoy members, we were advised to register on the lounge floor, where we experienced attentive and genuinely thoughtful service. We were also upgraded to a suite, which added extra space and comfort to our stay. The lounge itself was large and inviting, with attentive service and plenty of space to relax. The pool area was equally spacious and well maintained, with ample seating and a nearby bar, while the gym was well equipped, with some maintenance taking place during our arrival. One of the most unique spaces in the hotel is The Living Room — a multi-use area rich with history, where original elements like a preserved door blend seamlessly with modern design. Dining, meetings, and quiet moments all take place here, including an excellent salad bar featuring hotel-grown lettuce that guests cut fresh themselves.
