Kanchanaburi 🇹🇭 Day Trip from Bangkok | Giraffe Encounter and Fun Things To Do!

We spent our day 2 for our 4 days itinerary in Bangkok to the other side of Thailand, which is Kanchanaburi. If you have a day to spare, I suggest going to the place and it's just a few hours ride from the city. The place is known for its rich culture; however, today we are skipping temples and were going for an upclose animal encounter while at the same time visiting one of Thailand’s dark pasts. If you are visiting Kanchanaburi for the first time, I’ve got you covered! In this vlog, I’ll be showing you the best way to get there from Bangkok on a day trip, reservation tips, as well as things to see and do. Our first stop is the Safari, Kanchanaburi in which we had a bus tour and each station you can see different kinds of animals. If you wish to feed one of them, early reservations is a must to secure a spot as they only accommodate few groups per day. We chose the giraffe encounter which is the highlight of the zoo. Few kilometers from the safari is the Kanchanaburi Death Railway, also known as the Siam–Burma Railway, Thai–Burma Railway. The railway is overlooking the bridge over kwai which is quite spectacular. We only spent few minutes in the location and went back to Bangkok for our grocery or souvenir shopping in Big C Supermarket. Don’t forget to watch my other Thailand videos!
