While we were in Arizona chasing old vehicles, we came across this 1978 Ford F-250 project truck that someone had started but never finished. At first glance it looked promising — tons of new parts, fresh components everywhere, and it would actually fire right up. But once we started digging into it, we realized why the project never got completed. The truck was barely wired, things were half assembled, and the deeper we got the more problems we uncovered. To make things even more interesting, it had a serious death wobble at pretty much any speed, meaning there were a lot of kinks to work out before this thing could ever be considered roadworthy. Even though it ran right away, this F-250 ended up being more of a project than the Jeep we revived on the same trip. Old/new trucks always come with surprises… and this one had plenty.
