Ti Parehu Nigap Yan På'gu

Last week, the Mariånas lost a legendary Chamorro singer. Before we lay him to rest today, we would love to pay tribute to him with one of his many popular songs titled: “Ti Parehu Nigap Yan På’gu”. Alexandro’s sense of humor, character, personality, radio disk jockey skills, and most especially his music will forever be remembered and missed. He and his music has certainly touched and been apart of many of our childhood memories and continues to do so with today’s generation and the generations to come. Salute to Alexandro “Colonel” Sablan for everything he has done for Chamorro music and for the people of the Mariånas. We love and miss you. Biba Dåndan Mariånas!!!
