Por ejemplo, el chile pasilla, por su forma y su color. Se utiliza para diferentes guisados como carne de cerdo el chile pasilla. También tenemos este chile grande color verde que se llama chile poblano. Este chile lo rellenamos de queso, carne, atún. Es muy rico y no pica mucho. Este chile de color amarillo se llama chile güero. Es un chile que también se rellena de queso y lo utilizamos mucho en las carnes asadas. También tenemos este chile pequeño color naranja que se llama chile habanero. Este lo utilizamos para hacer salsas solo que... -Es muy picoso. -Pica mucho. Tenemos el chile serrano. Este chile es el más común. Lo utilizamos en el guacamole en el pico de gallo, en muchas salsas y guisados. Es medianamente picante, picoso. También tenemos este chile largo color verde que se llama chile chilaca. También lo rellenamos como este, pero el chile chilaca pica más que el chile poblano. También tenemos este chile que es más largo y es un chile seco. Es de color rojo y se llama chile de árbol. Lo utilizamos más para salsas. Es picoso. También tenemos este chile que ya está seco. Se llama chile guajillo. Este chile lo usamos para hacer sopas, caldos y no pica nada. Y por último, el más conocido en el mundo, el chile jalapeño.
