Recorded date - 12/4/2023 The Burnley Bus Company 2450/SN57GNJ Depot: Queensgate Volvo B9TL/Wright Eclipse Gemini Route M2 Burnley Bus Station - Clitheroe Interchange Welcome to Part 17 of this series focusing on Transdev who are one of the main operators across Lancashire and Yorkshire, this episode takes us on 2450/SN57GNJ. During a visit to Burnley back in March i realised too late that former Lothian Volvo B9TL/Wright Eclipse Gemini 2450/SN57GNJ was on a Mainline M2 journey to Clitheroe and back and that upon its return it would be going onto a college service, after chasing it to Whalley and getting it back to Burnley it was full of school children so a recording was impossible to get. Fast forward a month and another visit to the area to get the remaining Volvo B10BLEs gave me the opportunity to have another attempt at recording it when I realised it was on the same duty, this time I ensured I got it heading out of Burnley which gave me a better opportunity to record it, so here it is sounding absolutely brilliant with some kickdown while on an M2 to Clitheroe.
