Saab 9-5 Detailing: Washing the Engine Bay - Trionic Seven

This is how I clean and detail the engine bay in a 2007 Saab 9-5 2.0t Biopower Linear. I use petroleum- or alkaline-based degreaser depending on how much dirt I have to deal with. For maintenance cleaning I only use the alkaline-based degreaser. Products used in this video: Blue & Green Degreaser Wet (petroleum-based), Meguiar's D108 Super Degreaser (alkaline), BBV Advance White Dressing, Kwazar Mercury Pro+ 1.0 liter Double-Action Trigger Sprayer. The same procedure should apply to almost any car, however the precaution with covering the engine block apples to most direct-injected Saab gasoline engines, including the Saab 900, Saab 9000 and Saab 9-3.
