A composition of eight oversized apartments and two light-filled penthouses that prioritise space and light over density. Deca gestures to something deeper: the decades of heritage that define Kew, and the depth of experience brought to its craft. There is a tactile honesty to Kew. It is defined by its deep-set brick traditions and the ancient, verdant canopy that arches over its streets and holds the suburb in place. Designed by Taouk Architects, Deca sits within this lineage, a contemporary portrayal that values the endurance of continuity over the noise of new. It is an addition to the street that understands its history, honouring the character and atmosphere of Kew.
