Ten Years of Dark Funky Saison
Recipes: https://www.themadfermentationist.com... Alex and I have been brewing dark saisons together since 2008. Usually once a year, and every year a bit different. Sometimes they are light brown, others black. We've gone as low as 6% ABV, and as high as 10%. We usually add dried fruit and/or spices. To celebrate 10 years we got together and sampled bottles from each batch, including a few variants with extra fruit.
