Timestamps: Proficiency 0:38 Bond 7:52 One thing I forgot to mention was AI can also boost your proficiency as well so for example say you have 500 proficiency for 1H and you have a AI with 1H at 200. If you gain 100 more proficiency on that AI then your characters proficiency will go from 500 to 600 since you gained 100 more from your AI. This can make gaining proficiency fast as well just make sure you have the same weapon type equipped when farming since I'm not sure if you will gain that proficiency if you don't have the same weapon on during the farming process.
