What is Free Scaling? Tutorial to Make Custom Pipes in Radiant Call of Duty Black Ops 3 Mod Tools

In this tutorial we cover the use of the free scaling tool in radiant black. Using this tool and primitive objects we create a cool pipe and pipe end using a new technique that I created while testing.
