4079 Pendennis Castle and 6880 Betton Grange Star with the Mince Pie Specials at the GWSR 27/12/2025

On the 27th December 2025 the Gloucestershire and Warwickshire Railway held their Mince Pie Special services. This year it would feature 6880 Betton Grange and Visiting from the Didcot Railway Centre 4079 Pendennis Castle. With both locos facing Broadway it meant a few different locations for the locos to be captured. The GWSR runs from Cheltenham Racecourse Station to Broadway passing through Gotherington and Toddington. Filmed along the whole line. The weather was kind to start however the wind picked up with gusts of 35mph so created a little challenge with microphones to manage to create sound without getting the wind in it. I hope you enjoy.
