Kuifkopvisvanger Campsite, Velddrif, Western Cape| Campsite Review

Kuifkovisvanger is a very popular camp on the banks of the Bergriver near the town of Velddrif. As it is situated on the the banks of the river, it is particularly suitable for water activities, like canoeing and fishing. The restricted access makes it a safe camp. It is a pet friendly camp and there is lots of space for your furry friend to run around. Kids will be happy with the play area and adults can just sit and enjoy the relaxing view of the river. Try to spot as many bird species as possible. The on sight coffee lounge offers delicious meals within walking distance. You can buy firewood from the management. Do venture into the town of Velddrif and take a walk down Bokkemlaan. You can enjoy coffee and cake at one of the restaurants or buy some bokkems, a west coast delicacy.
