This moving event paid tribute to the outstanding personal and professional career of the restaurateur from Vadocondes, a leading figure in Marbella's prestigious restaurant scene and recipient of the Hermano Celestino Honorary Award. The event was attended by the subject of the biography himself, the author, and prominent figures from the institutional and gastronomic sectors, such as Cándido, the Master Innkeeper of Castile, and Enrique García.
