Talking Planning Queensland Rail New Generation Rollingstock Review

Before the borders reopen on Friday, I decided to head down the Gold Coast to check out a few different transport types before the influx of visitors from the Tweed and NSW come back into the Gold Coast. Queensland's Next Generation Rollingstock is the latest set of trains ordered by Queensland Rail and have entered service progressively since 2017. There's been a few teething problems along the way but overall, there are many improvements that the new trains bring. The new trains add many practical additions to improve passenger safety and comfort, with modification currently underway to ensure the trains are compliant with Disability Standards. Most lines are now serviced by the NGR's, so there are plenty out and about to try for yourself.
