Storm Fiona: Nearly all of Prince Edward Island without power after powerful winds, heavy rain

Prince Edward Island was slammed by post-tropical storm Fiona on Saturday, leaving nearly everyone without power and thousands of people without a way to communicate. Powerful winds uprooted trees and snapped power poles as the storm passed through. About 95 per cent of the island was without power as of Saturday afternoon and cell service is intermittent.
