How to roast bacon Hungarian style - szalonna sütés - learn a Hungarian tradition

In this video I show you a very old Hungarian tradition: bacon roasting. There actually isn't an English phrase for this, but this is as close to its meaning as I got. Things you need: very fatty bacon (almost all fat) old fashioned bread fresh vegetables, sliced very thinly wooden sticks fire gather friends and family How to do it? She was of course familiar with it, but we haven't done it for many years.
