60 Minute Dynamic Vinyasa Flow - Stay open, receptive and strong

This is a 60 minute level 2 dynamic vinyasa flow focussed on opening the chest, freeing your shoulders and building core strength to help you feel open, receptive and strong at the very core of your body. Class begins with a mellow warm up for your shoulders, chest and spine, followed by a creative sun salutation series, including some accessible core work, moving up and down the mat. The standing series of postures are flowing and familiar, heart opening and invigorating. We then move back down to the floor to complete the practice with more core work, twists and a final forward fold. It's sweaty but totally doable.
