Residents raise concerns about abandoned luxury apartments in Huntersville
A once-promising apartment development in Huntersville has become a local eyesore, and the company behind it has gone silent. The Pointe at Caldwell Station — a 297-unit apartment complex across 20 buildings — was approved by the town years ago and marketed as a luxury community featuring saltwater pools, stainless steel appliances, and modern finishes.
