DRM Label Issue on the DYMO LabelWriter 550 Turbo? Just replace the main board...

I repair and sell used computers and electronics for a living. I was stockpiling a bunch of DYMO printers I was getting in for years as many of them needed work, and at $40-$80, were really low priority at the time. A couple years ago, I went to check the price on one and found they were worth $250. I pretty much dropped all other projects and worked on getting those DYMOs repaired. I've been getting a few more in since them, but due to lack of parts, ended up piling up again. I found that one of them was a 550 Turbo and went to test it, but soon found out that I couldn't test it due to lack of the proper labels. Noticing how close to the 450 Turbos they were, I grabbed a spare mainboard from a 450 Turbo, and found it pretty much just drops into a 550 Turbo. So if your 450 Turbo died, you can pretty much just buy a cheap 550 Turbo that no one wants, swap the bottoms and the front panel and be back in business in about 10-15 minutes. If you need the function of the eject button on the side, that will add a few more minutes, but nothing too terrible.
