The session covers adoption questions: identity and access choices, audit logs and auditability, observability and monitoring, secrets management (provider services or OpenBao or Vault), DNS automation with ExternalDNS, and cost allocation with OpenCost and other approaches. With Kubernetes as the focus, it also outlines automation paths for deploying clusters using Terraform or OpenTofu, Cluster API, Crossplane, vendor offerings, and Talos, with an emphasis on multi cluster and hybrid setups combining EU and non EU providers. The session is vendor neutral and highlights ecosystem maturity, where it is uneven today, and what to look out for.
