2nd installment: How to upgrade a TOMOS moped series. I secretly kidnapped my Dad's moped... to install a couple of upgrades. In the previous episode, we installed a performance exhaust pipe. We continue the process with an air box modification and a larger jet in the carburetor. To get the most efficient power, we want to fix a ratio of 14.7:1 (air to fuel). In the stock configuration, this ratio is true. BUT, we can get more power and speed if we add more fuel. So, to maintain this perfect ratio, we must increase both air and fuel.
