This is a completely different spinoff to the main series in which you play as a policeman and have to look through a police station that a guy on the phone has trapped you in. This specific game has you play as a schoolgirl who is documenting the police efforts, and has gameplay from games such as Home Safety Hotline and Papers, Please! This video contains the CASE Records: Fear of Abduction ending, and some CASE Records easter eggs that reference CASE 2: Animatronics Survival. Is this game the worst horror game I've ever played?
