In our latest episode, a jeepney signage artist and a brush lettering artist teach each other their craft. Kuya Edwin Tayao, who’s been making jeepney signages for more than two decades, and Louise Anog, who does brush lettering talk about their craft—handmade sign boards and brush calligraphy, respectively. They show each other how they make their lettering design, giving each other a quick lettering tutorial, insightful even for us lettering beginners. Common Room PH is a collaborative space for artists and makers in the Philippines. Our physical stores provide a venue for local creatives to showcase their handcrafted products and original artworks.
