For this trip to Jeju, I chose a place where just staying was the trip itself, rather than walking around too much. The bakery and deli, both essential features of the Chosun Hotel, were one of the reasons I chose them. And dinner was at the Aria Buffet. It seemed like Jeju's famous restaurants, from seafood to sushi and sashimi, were all gathered in one place, so I didn't have to go outside. The space was organized in tones, the central area gave it a relaxed, open feel, and the ambiance was luxurious yet understated. The Grand Chosun Jeju felt like the hotel that best understood the concept of "relaxing Jeju." This video was made for reference when I make sauces and other things. 🤍 This year, I plan to document my visits to places I've learned from, like Hotel Gourmet.
