Drum Shell Pressure Test
This video shows how many pounds of pressure are acting on a drum shell when mounting hardware is attached directly to it. As the manufacturer of RIMS® (Resonance Isolation Mounting System) we often receive emails from drummers asking us about this issue, so we created this demonstration to address those concerns. Please check out our other videos as we continue to address different elements concerning drum mounting hardware and the history of RIMS®.
