The addition of a 48-volt mild hybrid petrol V6 called the Q7 55 TFSI expands the bandwidth of the Q7 lineup and gives buyers who do not want a diesel a new option. And you know what? The new petrol Q7 is very good indeed. Not too bad on fuel, but featuring silky-smooth refinement, the Q7 55 TFSI is actually the version of the Q7 most people need. Sure, if you want to tow heavy loads all the time, the TDI options will suit. But for most driving styles, the petrol Q7 is ideal. But is the Audi Q7 the large luxury SUV to buy?
