SandBell® Strength Workout

To do this workout, we recommend that men use a 30 lb. SandBell and women use a 15 lb. SandBell (depending on your fitness level, modify the weight if necessary). Perform 8-12 repetitions of each exercise, rest 10-15 seconds in-between each exercise set and complete 2-3 rounds of each set.
