Drawing and Painting a Moose with Charcoal and Acrylic on Canvas
This moose artwork is titled "Big Dipper" and I created it using charcoal and acrylic on canvas. I do a lot of mountain biking in the Rocky Mountains near where I live and I often see moose along the trail. Years ago while backpacking and fishing in the Uintahs in north eastern Utah, I witnessed a scene very similar to this one with a bull moose wading through the shallows of a lake. The image stuck in my mind and I had always dreamed of drawing/painting it. Hope you enjoy the video. Thanks! Artwork available here: https://joelpilcherart.com/collection...
