So I tried to recreate Chicken Joy. It was close! I just didnt get the skin bumps that the original has. But the flavour was pretty good. For 8 pcs of chicken 1 cup cornstarch 1 cup flour 1 tsp salt 2 tbsp garlic powder 1 tbsp onion powder 2 tbsp five spice Mix all and use as coating.
