Can I Pass Through Braunton Using ONLY the River Caen EP1 Deans Bridge to Caen Street

Can I cross Braunton, Devon by using ONLY the River Caen, some deeper water in places but water is clear due to a dry period allowing the river bed to be mostly visible. Route starts at the listed Deans Bridge in Church Street & the River is followed through (mostly hidden) semi-subterranean culverts to Caen Street/ Saunton Road. EP 2 continues on to Velator where we meet the incoming tidal water & the route ends.
