Beat egg yolks and eggs. Once combined, mix in caramel mixture. Add in flour, ensure everything is mixed evenly and the batter is smooth. Line ramekins with butter and flour. Shake out excess flour. Divide batter into each of the 4 ramekins. Bake at 220˚C for 12-14 minutes. The cakes should be golden brown and should jiggle in the middle. Do not overbake. Run a knife along the edges of the ramekin to loosen and invert onto a plate. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream. Eggless No Bake Cake : Ingredients For Cake: Dark chocolate biscuits 300 gm Milk 1¼ cup Fruit salt ½ tsp To Make Chocolate Glaze: Dark chocolate 200 gm Cream 1 cup Method: Crush the biscuits and add 1 cup milk and mix. Heat water in a steamer and just before steaming, add Eno fruit salt and mix adding 2 tbsp of milk. (You can alternatively use ¼ tsp baking soda or ½ tsp baking powder). Pour the batter into a greased tin. Place the tin into steamer and steam for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Top the steamer with more water as it may reduce. Cool completely. To make the chocolate glaze, melt dark chocolate and cream. Pour the glaze over the cake.
