Building the CLC Tenderly Dinghy - HD Time Lapse

In July 2017, seven students at the WoodenBoat School in Brooklin, ME assembled seven CLC Tenderly Dinghies in just 5-1/2 days. On the last day the boats were ready for the final coats of epoxy, sanding, and finishing at home. The average builder, working alone, will take longer. Working from a Chesapeake Light Craft kit this is about a 150-hour project on average. The lapstrake Tenderly Dinghy is 10'0" long, 4'4" wide, and weighs about 130lbs all-up.
