48 Hours in Syracuse ( Siracusa) : Our Sicilian Family Adventure Begins!

48 Hours in Syracuse: Our Sicilian Family Adventure Begins! Welcome to the first 2 days of our 18-day journey through Sicily! This trip was a massive family effort—I’m traveling with my siblings, my mother-in-law, and my two-year-old son. We even got to spend some time with my grandfather, who lives on the island! We built our own itinerary and managed to pack a ton into just two days in Syracuse (Siracusa). In this vlog, we’re wandering through the downtown streets, grabbing some local pizza, and visiting the legendary Fountain of Arethusa. We also spent a lot of time at the Neapolis Archaeological Park, and I’ve included plenty of shots of the incredible Ear of Dionysius. This is just the start! We visited Syracuse more than once, so stay tuned for the next vlog where we head back to explore the island of Ortigia.
