Can pasta be healthy? Absolutely yes! Like I always say, any meal can be made healthy by you. I believe that if you use the right ingredients and cook them in the right way to bring out all of their natural flavors not only can you make your favorite meals healthy but also delicious. This pasta is a favorite of mine because it is a bit unusual. It's my healthy greek pasta. I use cream cheese and some good quality low-fat feta cheese for a creamy sauce. I also add a ton of vegetables for fiber, flavor, and amazing vitamins. Finally, for some protein I add some lean chicken breast. You are sure to enjoy this whole wheat greek pasta!
