Place in a saucepan and pour boiling water over the oranges for 5 minutes. Drain. 2) Make a syrup with sugar, water, and spices. 3) Pour the hot syrup over the oranges until the oranges are completely covered. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 2 hours. 4) Place the oranges in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake in the oven at 110°C (240°F) for 20 minutes. 5) Cut the orange slices in half and dip them in chocolate, then in nuts. 6) Allow the chocolate to crystallize. (You can put it in the refrigerator or freezer (if you don't know how to temper). 7) Perfect with tea!
