Tyne & Wear Metro Front POV Ride: Newcastle Central to South Shields

Take a front-seat view of the Tyne & Wear Metro's old Metrocar Class 599 train. This ride starts at Newcastle Central Station and ends at South Shields. I apologize for the dirty/wet window. This was the only Metrocar train running on that day in May 2026, and now they are fully retired.
