Caminhada por ruas tranquilas do Grajaú | Rio de Janeiro

In this video, I take a walk through some streets of Grajaú, a traditional neighborhood in the North Zone of Rio de Janeiro, known for its residential character, tree-lined streets, and more tranquil atmosphere. The walk begins on Rua Itabaiana, continuing along Avenida Júlio Furtado, until reaching Praça Edmundo Rego, one of the neighborhood's most well-known spots. The walk also passes by the Nossa Senhora do Perpétuo Socorro Parish, continuing along Avenida Engenheiro Richard and Rua Visconde de Santa Isabel, showcasing different sections and characteristics of Grajaú. In the final part of the video, I return along Avenida Júlio Furtado, ending the walk again at Praça Edmundo Rego. The video's purpose is simple: to walk without haste, observing the daily life of the neighborhood, the houses, the low-rise buildings, the trees, and the residential environment that still preserves a calmer pace of the city. If you enjoy urban walking videos and discovering neighborhoods in Rio de Janeiro beyond the traditional tourist spots, this video is an invitation to stroll through Grajaú. Let's walk.
