Husqvarna Automower Not Charging Troubleshooting Tips

In this video we go through the basic items to check if your Automower is not charging when parked in the charging station. Too many times we see people jump immediately to thinking the Automower's battery needs to be replaced or that because the charging station LED is solid green it should be charging. As you will see in this video there are several parts involved in the charging circuit for a Husqvarna Automower and it could be any one of these components that is causing the issue. To figure out which component is causing your mower not to charge you need to start at the source where the power comes from and follow it until it stops. This means starting with making sure that you have the full 28 volts coming into the charging station from the transformer. Then you need to make sure that the charging station is putting out that same amount of power at its charging contacts. After making sure that the charging station is putting out the required power it's time to move on to the Automower and making sure the charging voltage is making it from the Automower's charging contacts all the way through its internal wiring and into the Automower's battery.
