In this time of abundant growth I am busy gathering plants. The simple act of selecting and picking plants allows us to slow the mind. Settling into a foraging task, easing the mind and stepping away from a busy world. Gathering plants for future use is a sustainable and self reliant way of producing free resources for medicine and natural dye and one that is hugely satisfying. In the video I will be picking nettles and talking about the uses as well as creating a batch of dye for future projects.
