We indeed have lost a precious one from among us here on earth, but we believe he must be enjoying precious moments in the bosom of our Lord Jesus. He indeed did finish his race, completed it just as 2nd Timothy 4:7 says and he served the Lord for whose service he was born till he was admitted in the hospital. This song has beautifully portrayed the Gospel. It culturally describes life and death and also reminds us of our task on earth till our last breath the way Pastor Samuel did. We hope this song is soul-soothing, comforting and re-assuring to the entire Karthak Family, to their kith and kin and also to the N.I.M family as Romans 8:28 says that our God does everything right and good for everyone who love Him. He has been our refuge and always will be. This is a song widely sung all around the globe among the Nepalese Christians. It came into existence unnoticeably from the simple heart of a dear brother TIMOTHY RAI of El -Shaddai Church in Halesi, Khotang during the El-Shaddai Annual Congregational Meetings at time of School holidays in Dorpa of Halesi and many other surrounding remote villages. We’d like to thank Brother Adrian Anurodh Dewan and Brother Raymond Fudong (Kalimpong) for helping us to shed light on the authorship and composition of the song.
