A Pinwheel Quilt Card

I love to quilt, and I love it that I can make a quilt pattern card! This is a beautiful pattern that's easy to make, and you can make it too! Although I've made a Christmas card, you can make this card for any occasion. It's a good way to use up scrap pieces of paper.
