Deja de usar el mismo aceite para todo, 9 tipos explicados

If you enjoy these kinds of videos, subscribe and tell me in the comments which oil you use most often at home… and if, after watching this, you would still use it for the same purpose. There are products that almost everyone buys out of habit rather than by discerning their choices, and oil is probably the best example. In this video, we review nine very different oils to understand what you're really buying when you pick up a bottle at the supermarket: from extra virgin olive oil, refined olive oil, and high-oleic sunflower oil, to avocado oil, coconut oil, palm oil, canola/rapeseed oil, and peanut oil. The idea isn't to demonize or idealize any of them, but to understand what each one is used for, which one withstands heat better, which one degrades faster, which one the industry buys for its stability, which one makes more sense for frying, and which one is sold with a much healthier image than it actually is. It's one of those everyday topics that almost no one explains well, and once you understand it, it makes you look at the supermarket shelf in a different way.
