Mattia is a good friend of mine and we ride together quite often... his Yamaha has always piqued my curiosity and interest, and today he finally let me try it! 😜😜 Up and running, I immediately felt comfortable, except for the throttle, which was a bit too loose and harsh 😰, but nothing to worry about. It took me a couple of laps to get used to it, and I really enjoyed it! The engine is very different from my KTM... it has great mid-range power, but it's also really powerful at high revs... it requires a gear shift quite early, but in that rev range, it has a really nice push! Chassis-wise, I was happy with it; the suspension was handled by AG SUSPENSION. I found the fork quite stiff for me (he's much faster than me, so that's fine 👍🏻), while the shock seemed a little soft (but nothing special).
