Hayabusa-Powered Peugeot 106 – It’s ALIVE! Final Build + First Drive In this video, I finally wrap up the Hayabusa engine swap in my Peugeot 106! After a ton of planning, cutting, fabricating, and late nights, it’s time to bring this beast to life. I take you through the final stages of the build – tackling rust repairs, figuring out how to get the power to the wheels, and sorting out all the essential ancillaries like the radiator, wiring, exhaust, and more. There were plenty of challenges along the way, but the payoff is absolutely worth it. Then, the moment we’ve all been waiting for...
