Among other things, he discusses bridging and leg drives and recommends a few assistance exercises (foam roller ab crunches, power raises). Technique in brief: 1. Neck under the bar 2. Grab the bar 3. Press into the bench (shoulder blades, neck, and back of the head) 4. Squeeze your glutes and straighten your thighs, then bring your feet back under your glutes – repeat this maneuver twice 5. Drive your feet into the floor, moving them even further back 6. Press your heels into the floor 7. Press the barbell out of the racks 8.
