Go home and sin no more - Ten Ghanaian prisoners released by Christian Atsu

Ghana and Black Stars midfielder, Christian Atsu has paid court fines for the release of ten petty offenders. With crimes ranging from stealing of a stick, discarded aluminium, etc, It is high time Ghana's Parliament passed the non-custodial sentencing bill into law. Can't these young men be given community sentences instead of feeding them with the tax payer's money in jail?
