The God Who Sees Us | Dr. Elton Brooke

When Jesus sees you, where are you? Are you trying to hide from Him, or are you looking for Him? This morning we welcomed Dr. Elton Brooke, one of our elders, into the pulpit and he taught from John chapter 1. From the story of Nathaniel under the fig tree, we learned that Jesus sees us, knows us, and invites us to Himself. What does God most deeply want for us? Relationship with Him. Will you choose that peace this week? Christ, Community, Cause. This is the vision of Destiny Church, led by Pastors Chris and Jodi Tomlinson and based in Jacksonville, Fl. We currently meet in a movie theater and love our venue, as it fits well with who we are as a church body.
