STARLIGHT IV: Deserts of Namibia 4K

At long last, after 2 weeks of traveling through the deserts of Namibia, two months of hard post-processing the 4.5 Tb of data I brought back, I am so pleased and proud to release this monumental film. It constitutes the fourth opus of the STARLIGHT SAGA and so it was only fitting Namibia was the main subject, and also that the film featured not only astrolapse but also daytime timelapse and even real-time footage of the many animals and scenes Jakob Sahner and I saw on the way. If you look closely, you can see animals in almost all timelapse sequences: crickets, birds, zebras, giraffes, baboons, antilopes, oryx and warthogs. I'm super pleased with how some of the sequences turned out, especially the long shots of sunrise, sunset, moonrise and moonsets. Those were particularly difficult to get because of the relentless wind. I really hope you like this huge timelapse, which is to this day one of most accomplished one.
