Japanese Gin - the first ever Japanese Gin from Cambridge Distillery, UK

Japanese Gin was the first gin to be made entirely with Japanese botanicals... beside the juniper berries, of cause. This gin was the one, that started the enormous wave of success for Japanese Gins, primarily because Master Distiller William Lowe took his research to a level, no one have ever seen before in order to find the right Japanese botanicals that matches the juniper berry. I met up with William online and asked him about the gin, about his crazy "Master Of Wine" title - one of the hardest exams in the world to pass - and of cause asked him to take us through the experience of tasting this gin...
